2. U-Pick Flower Farm Visits

By visiting our farm located at:
8445 State Route 414, Liberty, PA 16930, you agree to the following:

• You enter the property at your own risk
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Be mindful of uneven ground, insects, weather, and farm equipment
• Only pick flowers in designated areas
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

3. Purchases & Payments

U-Pick & Flower Truck

• Pricing is based on current availability and may change
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Subscriptions

• Subscription details (pricing, frequency, pickup/delivery) will be outlined at the time of purchase
• By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing (if applicable)
• Cancellation terms will be provided at signup

Event Florals

• Quotes are custom and based on availability, flower selection, and timing
• A deposit may be required to secure your date
• Final details must be confirmed prior to fulfillment

4. Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

• All sales are generally final
